Malcolm A. McKaye
President & General Manager, Director
Malcolm, who started with the company in 1982, is married with four children - Steven, Joshua, Taylor and Lucas. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario, Malcolm is a Toronto sports fan through and through. He, and his partner, Joan Wilson, purchased the company in 1992. Joan M. Wilson
Director
Joan joined Masdom in 1969. She and Malcolm purchased the company in 1992. Joan has relinquished the majority of her responsibities to her son Vince, but remains a Director of Masdom Inc. and active in the day to day activities of the company. Vincent E. Wilson
Vice President and Controller
Vince, the son of Joan Wilson, joined Masdom in 2008 and has assumed the majority of his mother's responsibities. He and his wife, Denise, have six children, all of whom are heavily involved in competitive swimming.
Paula Beatty
Paula rejoined Masdom in January 2005 after a fifteen year absence. She is the Executive Assistant to the president and as such is involved in virtually every aspect of the company's operations. Paula enjoys travelling, journalling & friends. Her fondest activity however is spending time with her son, Duncan. She claims Masdom is really the hotel California; "you can check out but you can never really leave".
David L. Maloney
Dave is a sports legend in his own mind and a filtration and Firestone product specialist in the Company's. A sports fanatic, Dave spends a great deal of his time recovering from sprained ankles from jumping on and off the band wagon. Not surpisingly Dave manages to stay single.
John Green
John is a Valve Technician & QC Inspector by trade and more recently Masdom's primary safety relief valve contact, but a woodworker, old car and kids baseball buff by desire. John who is Toronto born and raised, joined Masdom Inc. in June 1982. Sue and John are the proud parents of two boys, Michael and Robert.
Sandy Luscombe
Sandy is our shipper/receiver and is in his second go round with Masdom Inc. He rejoined Masdom in April 1991. Now that his six children (no that is not a typo!) have left the nest empty, Sandy and his wife, Linda, spend most of their free time, and all of their vacations, camping. Sandy is originally from Buchans, Newfoundland.
Eva Zec
Eva Zec came to Canada from Kosice, Slovakia and joined Masdom in August of 1991. She is now responsible for accounts payable/receivable and acts as an assistant to the corporate controller. Eva and husband, Yaro, are the proud parents of two boys, Yaroslav and Pavel (husband of Katarina).
Katarina Zec
Katarina came to Canada in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratisla, Slovakia and performs data entry and assists in other accounting areas. "Kat" is married to Eva's son Pavel.
William G. Orr
Bill returned near his hometown of Chatham, Ontario to form Masdom's London operation in December of 1983. He enjoys eating Italian food, playing tennis and just being with his wife Gwen. Bill's many years in the compressed air and filtration fields have served him well at Masdom.
Nathan Orr
A graduate of Western University in London, Nathan joined Masdom in 2008 with the view to strengthening our presence in the southwestern Ontario marketplace. His technical and administrative background has enabled him to transition smoothly into the Masdom family. Nathan is married with 2 children. Peter M. Kaye
Pete, a native of northern Ontario runs Masdom's Northern Ontario sales office in North Bay. He is a "would be athlete", and enjoys spending time with his wife Sue, daughter Jordyn & son Eric. Peter joined Masdom in September of 1989.
Robert Morel
Born in Montreal, now working in Vaudreuil, Quebec, Rob is father to a mini-baseball team of four including Caroline, Daniel, Benjamin and Stephanie. He started at Masdom in August of 1992. Bob and Carole keep it all together by running the Masdom Inc. office together.
David Moore
Dave didn't stray far from his hometown of Shawinigan to Ayr's Cliff in Quebec where he's worked for Masdom since March, 1987. He's the father to five, all of whom are now living on their own. Dave & Rachel spend their down time managing their small farm and breeding champion Golden Retrievers.
Mike Morel
Born in Montreal, an older brother to Robert, Mike has found his fame and fortune in Coquitlam, B.C.. A part time actor, diver, computer "junkie" and compressed air expert, Mike joined the Masdom team in March 1998.
